Returns and Refunds
We understand that plans can change and have created a returns and refund policy to provide our customers with the most flexibility possible while still accounting for costs that we incur in preparation for our classes, instruction, and sales.
Class Refund Requests
Requests for a refund received 14 days prior to the start of the class will be provided in full.
Requests for a refund received between 14 days and 2 days prior to the start of the class will be refunded at 50% of the full price of the class, which is not necessarily the price that you paid nor the price on your receipt. This is to account for any nonrefundable classroom and range reservations we have made, and any books and supplies purchased in advance of the class.
Unfortunately we cannot accept requests for a refund received within 2 days of the start date of the class.
We are happy to work with you if you wish to reschedule your class to a later date. We can help reschedule any class to a similarly priced class that we offer at a later date instead of a cancellation and refund. There is no extra charge for rescheduling.
If you are not 100% satisfied with any product sold through our site, we will happily arrange for a full refund and return of the item(s). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate any return and lease include your order number so that we can most efficiently process your return.
